Groups are a great way for children and adolescents to develop and practice a range of skills with like-minded peers while encouraging social engagement and building their emotional confidence.

What's the Buzz?

‘What’s the Buzz?’ is an evidence-based program used to teach young people social and emotional intelligence. In each session, a different lesson from the program is worked upon. There are 16 sessions with two additional parent-only sessions available (one at the halfway mark and one after the program).

The group is currently run on Saturday mornings. Each session runs for 45 minutes to an hour. NDIS and private funding is accepted.

Transition to Solids

A short 2 session course for parents who want to learn more about the best ways to introduce solids to babies and implement a healthy food culture in the home.

Receive expert advice from an accredited Practising Dietitian. Learn, grow, and have fun while you learn more about avoiding allergies, picky eating and poor family feeding habits.

The first day will focus on solids, and the second day will focus on healthy food culture. Each session is an hour long.

Coffee Club - Social Group for Teenagers

Coffee Club is a social group designed for teenagers. These sessions target social skills in a functional way, specifically working on talking to similar aged peers and forming friendships. Groups usually consist of 6 teenagers.

Sessions run fortnightly on Saturdays for 90 minutes. The club is claimable through NDIS or private health.
