NDIS

The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is a package of funding for people with a disability, to pay for their therapy appointments. An NDIS “plan” will contain the clients “goals” that they are working towards, along with the ways that they will aim to achieve their goals. For example, they might plan to have speech therapy appointments to help with their speech delay. There are lots of different possible goals, and lots of different ways that clients will reach them.

If you are an NDIS client, it would be beneficial for us to have a copy of your NDIS plan, so that we can ensure that we are working towards your identified goals.

Please be advised that GAH is not a registered NDIS provider, which means that we are not able to claim NDIS agency-managed clients funding directly from the NDIS. As such we can support private paying, NDIS self-managed or third-party-managed clients. If you are an agency-managed client, it may be beneficial for you to have a discussion with your Support Coordinator or Local Area Coordinator to determine whether there is a way for you to access our services.
