Oral Placement Therapy is a type of oral-motor therapy.
Our oral placement therapist, Sara, targets specific muscle movements required for speech and feeding whilst tapping into visual, auditory, tactile and proprioceptive systems. This helps clients gain a holistic understanding of their muscles and how they move. These techniques can be used with a variety of clients with different needs, such as:
- Apraxia
- Articulation difficulties
- Lack of speech clarity
